I know its a drag to think anyone would steal a phone but when it comes to ipods and iPhone, you have to admit “once its gone…ITS GONE!!” and there’s no way you can get it back. BUT good new for those with the new iPhone 3.0 OS which is teaming up with Microsoft’s MOBILE ME application on your computer and apple.
The feature is a BETA version application which is revealed by The Boy Genius report appears in the configuration settings for mobile ME on the iPhone to push updates for mail, contacts, calendar, and bookmarks and much more. The last setting list displays a control for the activation of “find my iPhone”.
Once this feature is activated, log into your mobile ME account at me.com and that service will obtain your iPhone current location, a small feature that nonetheless may help improve the software suite that started out as a embarrassment to apple.
